Pulse Labs works closely with the major platforms (Amazon, Google, etc.) as they create this new technology, as well as with developers from top brands across many verticals that are building on these platforms, to help make their work great through feedback and data from real world users.
Pulse Labs seeks an analytical, driven, and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our research Operations team. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for tracking research panelist participation in studies, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and preparing research reports. They will also support other operations needs as they arrive.
Note: For the first 3 months, you will be expected to work a schedule that primarily overlaps with US Mountain Time (9 p.m. to 5 a.m. IST) for training purposes. After training is complete, you would be able to work during IST daytime hours, with a couple hours a day overlapping with US Mountain time (9 p.m. to 10 or 11 p.m. IST).
