Pulse Labs offers naturalistic consumer usability and quality assurance services built on our proprietary product evaluation platform. Our clients are leading global technology companies; they use Pulse to create and refine cutting edge products in multiple domains including mobile, smarthome, wearables, and automotive.

We’re looking to expand our quality assurance (QA) program, and we’re looking for a QA team lead to help us do this. In this role, you’d work closely with our QA program managers and the QA analysts on your team to design and implement product testing plans thoroughly and efficiently. As the QA team lead, you’d be responsible for delivering high quality QA test results through a combination of your own individual contributions and those of your team. The QA team lead is responsible for reviewing and ensuring the quality of the work produced by their entire team, and coordinating the work within the team to ensure everybody is aligned and producing as expected.

The job requires extreme attention to detail, the ability to quickly understand technical requirements, the translation of requirements into action plans, leadership, and strong communication skills both with other team members and on documented findings that will be seen by customers.
