Pulse Labs was born in 2017 out of a realization that the way people interact with computers was about to enter the next wave of evolution with voice-controlled applications. Pulse Labs was the first User Experience (UX) research company to focus exclusively on voice. Acknowledging that conversational user interfaces represented a fundamental shift in application development and usage, we would become the UX testing partner of choice for both Amazon and Google in the era of “Voice.” Our commitment to innovation and quality research insights led to early investment from top-tier investors like Amazon, Google, and Madrona.
Since then, we’ve expanded our user experience research platform to include additional emerging interfaces, including automotive, wearable, and smart home applications as well as a robust network of testing panelists from across the globe to capture naturalistic feedback from real-world users. Recently, we’ve developed innovations in video capture for mobile application user testing and data capture for Large Language Model (LLM) training. With each new interface supported, Pulse Labs has displayed foresight to understand the potential impact of new technologies on end-users, but also the needs of developers to proactively design for an optimal experience. Analytic foresight and a track record of innovation are core to how we approach new product and service development.
Pulse Labs’ focus from day one has been supporting our customers to design the best experiences across all digital interfaces, especially those powered by AI.
